• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft 365 Suite tools.
• Prior leadership experience, including managing and guiding a team, is required.
• Experience with accounting software (Maconomy) and reporting tools (Power BI) considered an asset.
• Experience in a media or professional services industry is considered an asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Time & Space is searching for a proactive and team-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Services team. The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasting, and supporting strategic decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and support to the organization.
• Analyze financial projections and revenue data to provide actionable insights.
• Track financial performance against strategic plans.
• Prepare financial reports, client account summaries, and performance dashboards.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Assist in development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts and planning.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and realistic financial plans.
• Create and maintain up-to-date documentation of financial processes and procedures.
• Provide mentorship to the internal finance team and support recruitment efforts when needed.
• Support the parent company finance team as needed, building a functional and effective relationship.
