The Role As the FP&A Games Analyst, you will support the Games business within the FP&A Center of Excellence, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the finance transformation roadmap and set standards for FP&A processes related to game revenue and cost management. Your primary responsibility is to deliver proactive, timely, and high-quality forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the Games domain. You will develop deep expertise in the gaming business to provide stakeholders with accurate insights that enable informed decision-making. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial models for Games on a regular basis, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Perform variance analysis to explain actual vs. forecasted performance compared to prior year, plan, and previous forecasts. Support forecast and annual budget development by uploading data in several systems. Prepare detailed analysis of game performance, including KPIs, player trends, and monetization metrics. Develop and update standard reporting for senior management and local commercial teams to highlight trends, events, and unexpected variances. Manage ad hoc financial requests related to Games, including business plans, financial models, and scenario analyses. Assist business partners with game-related projects and strategic initiatives. Drive automation and process improvement projects to enhance efficiency in FP&A for Games. Share knowledge and best practices across teams and collaborate closely with the Games business unit. Requirements 1 year at least of experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A roles. Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and modeling with excellent analytical skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Knowledge of the gaming industry, monetization models, and key performance metrics is a strong plus. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to build trust-based relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with Essbase console, Essbase, SAP, adaptive, Power BI, CxO, EPM would be a strong plus. How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important!
