Roles & responsibilities  Manage LMT tool Managing day to day HR operations related processes i.e. from Hire to Retire. Coordinating with internal teams like Recruitment, HRBPs, HRSS, Oracle team, IT, Admin, BU Operations etc. Working on HR Data & analytics, collecting and analyzing the current data sets and helping in process improvements in HR domains. Preparing announcement emails, alerts & notification. Manage Various reports Keeping HR Intranet pages up to date. Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors, and advising on solutions. Manage HR related Audits, provide required data to the auditors Manage Employee engagement Budget Manage the monthly dashboards and newsletters Working on repetitive task’s and finding ways to automate it and drive efficiency. Managing functional mailbox queries as per the agreed timelines Resolving day to day queries related to HR Operation. Perform routine activities as per calendar regularly and Manage HR Calendar Document  MOMs of the HR related meetings Ensuring 100% timely deliver with zero errors. Supports people related and operations service resolution for critical or sensitive issues Ensures HR solutions are aligned with business strategy HR operational activities related to Onboarding, leaves, Exits, Employee connects, reminder mailers, Year end PD, R&R etc. Ensure 100% accuracy in data management Ad hoc support to HRBPs Support the Kolkata GDC HRBP for various engagement activities
