Roles & responsibilities The Demonstrate basic accounting and auditing knowledge Understand audit procedures performed by CRC Develop an understanding of KPMG Audit Methodology (KAM) Develop an understanding of all applications on KPMG network Be an integral part of the teams assigned as dedicated team for Canada audit engagement teams Learn to use eAudIT/KCw — the audit documentation tool Get familiar with audit tools/applications used (E.g. IDEA, CASEWARE, MS Office) Showcase efficient and effective performance on audit procedures within the set timelines and deliver high-quality work Demonstrate operational excellence in all processes Acquire new skills and enhance the existing ones by participating in training and development sessions organized at work Participate in self-development activities in technical and project management areas Demonstrate strong inter-personal skills Take-up other activities from time to time do build personal and professional skills Participate/lead team and group activities
