Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst - Government Relations to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential in supporting our HR initiatives that require government compliance, facilitating smooth operations between the organization and various governmental entities concerning employee-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, particularly in a role involving government relations or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, immigration laws, and HR best practices in a government context.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with government entities and employees.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing employee immigration processes, including visa applications, work permits, and residency matters.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations affecting the workforce.
  • Monitor changes in government policies and regulations that impact HR practices and employee relations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for various government submissions related to HR matters.
