JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our private fund management team. The Analyst will assist senior analysts and portfolio managers (PMs) in conducting fundamental equity research to identify investment opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (CFA certification preferred).
• 2-5 years of experience in equity research, stock analysis, or investment recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and a passion for investment.
• Proven track record of academic and professional excellence.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to make presentations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese is required (business-level fluency for preparing reports and communicating with stakeholders).

• Conduct in-depth research into industry trends and company fundamentals.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and colleagues to perform investment research and analysis.
• Visit both listed and private companies to gather relevant data for analysis.
• Build and maintain financial and valuation models for potential investments.
• Assist the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), PMs, and senior analysts in coordinating research projects and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Support various administrative tasks such as attending investor meetings and preparing reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
