Ontario Health is seeking Analyst to join the Funding Unit team within the Health System Performance and Support portfolio. Reporting to a Manager and working closely with team members, the Analyst will play a key role in preparing data requests, interpreting health care data, and conducting exploratory analyses at both system and provider levels. This work contributes to Ontario Health’s suite of products, including system, sector, and audit and feedback reports.
The Analyst will apply appropriate analytic tools and processes to support key activities and deliver on program plans. Areas of focus may include survey, administrative, and clinical data across sectors such as primary care, long-term care, and hospital care. The role also involves supporting indicator selection, strategic projects, and providing input to report writing. Focus areas may evolve based on organizational needs and individual strengths. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
