Job Function - Analytics
Employee Type - Regular Employee PT Hourly
Shift/Hours – Part-Time hours; Shift is 6:00am to 2:00pm
- must be available to work Saturday & Monday - this is mandatory
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma and/or post-secondary education
- Prior Warehouse experience preferred
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
- MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAP
- Flexibility to work weekends and 1-2 other days as needed (Monday & Saturday are mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks)
- Strong communication skills, oral and written are a requirement
- Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member
- Strong analytical and organization skills

Responsibilities:
- Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards
- Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
- Accurately submit payroll reports
- Product Date Audits
- Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
- Ensure Daily Off Standards
- Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
- Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
- Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets
- Coach Employees on best practices
- Use SAP on a daily basis
- Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned
