Job Function - Analytics
Employee Type - Regular Employee PT Hourly

Shift/Hours – Part-Time hours; Shift is 6:00am to 2:00pm

  • must be available to work Saturday & Monday - this is mandatory

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma and/or post-secondary education
  • Prior Warehouse experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • MS Office Experience including intermediate Excel skills and SAP
  • Flexibility to work weekends and 1-2 other days as needed (Monday & Saturday are mandatory)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks)
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written are a requirement
  • Ability to handle responsibilities and work both independently and as a team member
  • Strong analytical and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support supervisors with employee observations/engineer labor standards
  • Assist Supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure employees are adhering to safety standards and accurately doing their job
  • Accurately submit payroll reports
  • Product Date Audits
  • Track equipment for the warehouse including, scanners, Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs), IT equipment, and running audits on the equipment
  • Ensure Daily Off Standards
  • Cover pick and bulk dock stations, supervisory duties
  • Complete Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) walks daily
  • Support unionized employees to meet their daily goals and/or targets
  • Coach Employees on best practices
  • Use SAP on a daily basis
  • Complete daily tasks and/or projects as assigned
