Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical. We're looking for great new colleagues. That's where you come in! Job Description Provide day-to-day support on HR activities. Maintain HR systems and databases with accurate and timely information. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and routine processes. Assist in preparing HR reports and basic HR metrics. Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Ensure new hires have a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating with internal teams. Support offboarding tasks. Help organize employee engagement events, team-building activities, and HR programs. Address employee queries promptly and direct them to the relevant local/ global team members when required. Contribute to maintaining a positive, supportive, and efficient workplace culture. Qualifications 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar HR support role. Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
