MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

HR Operations Function:

  • Assists in the hiring process by ensuring candidates submit required documents promptly and completely.
  • Conducts a comprehensive review of submitted documents, creating a database for monitoring candidates and ensuring timely updates for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintains a digital 201 file for each candidate, ensuring the completeness of all required documents.
  • Handles employees’ first-day orientation, providing essential information to ensure a welcoming onboarding experience.
  • Ensures employee records are up-to-date through the timely processing of employee status changes.
  • Assists in the employee master data clean-up by reviewing data from payroll and Workday, detecting discrepancies and preparing mass upload files for Workday or payroll instructions.
  • Provides assistance in attending to employees concerns on HR matters such as but not limited to matters related to benefits, hiring, movements, clearances.
  • Assists in the preparation of required reports from HR Operations.

Employee Engagement Function:

  • Supports the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, from program promotion to registration monitoring and other event-related tasks.
  • Helps ensure the smooth implementation of all employee engagement programs.
  • Assists in monitoring feedback forms, ensuring timely responses from employees.
  • Establishes a monitoring database for all employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborates with Recharge club representatives and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of club programs as planned.
  • Prepares analysis of feedback results after employee engagement activities.
  • Reviews and proposes design improvements to the feedback system and its roll-out plan.
