Job Descriptions Requirements :  Minimum S1 in Psychology major GPA minimum 2.75 Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources   Responsibilities:  -Responsible for monitoring centralized recruitment related expenses and expenditures are in line with the company policies and regulations. -Responsible for providing feedback of any recruitment related governance (SOP/WIN). - Responsible for providing required support for Branch HR to fulfill manpower requirement. -Responsible for developing and maintaining sourcing network for centralized recruitment. -Accountable and responsible for overseeing end-to- end centralized recruitment (Serviceman, Salesman) from sourcing up to onboarding.
Responsibilities
