HR Reporting Analyst (Workday Reporting) Location: Mumbai | Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Work Mode: Hybrid Function: Global Shared Services (GSS) Reporting to: HR Reporting & Data Governance Lead About the Role General Mills is looking for an experienced HR Reporting Analyst to deliver high-quality, scalable HR reports and dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making. This role will leverage deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism to ensure accurate, governed, and insightful workforce analytics while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Prism data sources. Translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions with strong data accuracy and governance. Serve as the HR workforce data subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders on data interpretation and usage. Drive reporting governance standards, audits, documentation, and data quality controls. Reduce ad-hoc reporting through intuitive dashboards and visual storytelling. Mentor junior analysts and support reporting capability building across teams. Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and visualization techniques. Qualifications & Skills Education: Full-time graduate degree (mandatory); Master’s preferred (Statistics / BE / IT). Experience: 4+ years in HR reporting/analytics (5–7 years preferred).
