Description
HR Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with external vendors and maintain secure and confidential records on the pre-employment background checks. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation in compliance with local Employment Ordinance. Prepare employment documents, coordinate orientation, and support visa/work permit applications. Employee Engagement: Support the execution of engagement initiatives such as team-building, recognition programs, and wellness campaigns. Collect and analyse engagement survey to assess satisfaction and propose improvements. HRIS Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Generate reports for audits, metrics, and management reviews. HR Analytics: Analyze data on hiring, turnover, and engagement. Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerBI, or HRIS tools. Identify trends and support data-driven decision-making. Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in HR initiatives such as policy updates, compliance audits, and new tool implementation. Conduct market research and support cross-functional projects. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with relevant coursework or projects will be considered. Knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws, including the Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS platform Basic knowledge of HR analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI). Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
