Is this a new position? Y
Is the revenue in the forecast? Y
What is the expected margin on this role? 30%
Why can’t we deliver from a GIDC location? Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facing
Why can’t we deliver at a lower job level?
We need employees with strong DWH Methodology knowledge, strong technical competencies on DWH tools, strong Data Management and Functional skills. It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Analyst I
Why can’t we absorb with the existing team / HC? Have we completed Availability Check? Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration, automation, low billability pools?
Current team can’t absorb new tasks, because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are not available resources to use for new activities
