Join our Quality Control Operations team as an Analyst I, where you’ll help ensure the safety, efficacy, and consistency of breakthrough therapies. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Perform analytical assays for raw materials, in-process samples, product release, and stability testing — all under guidance and with precision.
• Maintain clear and compliant lab records in accordance with GxP standards.
• Support routine lab operations: reagent prep, equipment maintenance, and inventory tracking.
• Contribute to document updates (SOPs, test methods, etc.) and help keep quality systems current.
• Ensure work aligns with regulatory expectations (GMP, GLP, ICH) and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, operations, and development teams to meet project timelines.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives to drive lab efficiency and performance.
• Engage in ongoing training to build a solid foundation in quality control and regulatory compliance.
