Job Details Job Profile Summary The Cencora Business Services (CBS) finance tower is responsible for global financial service delivery, overseeing both sourced and CBS delivery teams, as well as integrated CBS data and reporting. This position offers a great opportunity for an individual to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's financial reporting related to portfolio management, accounts receivable, credit, risk assessment, and related monthly reporting. The Analyst II/Sr Analyst - Finance will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the organization including financial responsibilities for CBS (India, Costa Rica, and Lithuania) related to the portfolio management function for Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS). This role involves assisting with the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial reports, as well as monitoring and managing risk and reporting for the customer account portfolio. Job Description 1. Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis. Identify key insights and trends to drive decision-making. 2. Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 3. Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets and provide insights on deviations. 4. Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, risk, opportunities, or other potential scenarios. Perform sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of various factors on financial outcomes. 5. Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures to identify areas for cost reduction or optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining operational efficiency. 6. Financial Reporting: Prepare standard r financial reports for management review, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics. Present findings in a clear and concise manner. Prepare monthly reporting for Overall and BU segment metrics for trends, exceptions, market and portfolio risks and other key risk metric monitoring 7. Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls related to finance operations. Support internal audits or external audits as required. 8. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing finance processes and systems for efficiency improvements or automation opportunities. Implement best practices to enhance productivity within the finance function. . Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar roles • Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analytics • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred. Knowledge and training using various data analytics software and visualization tools, e.g., SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc is a plus • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly • Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines What Cencora offers Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
