REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-year BS Degree in Engineering or Business.
  • OR 2-year AS Degree with 5 years of related field experience.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of project cost analysis or project management experience.
  • In Office 4 days a week

  • Familiarity with budgeting, project management, and accounting software (e.g., Oracle ERP, PowerPlan, SOAR, Unifier, Primavera P6, SharePoint).

Responsibilities
  • Serve as Lead Cost Analyst for capital programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with project/program managers and track leads to build and maintain project forecasts
  • Perform budget and forecast variance analysis
  • Serve as a process facilitator for the project funding process (Authorization for Expenditure)
  • Create purchase requisitions and monitor the purchase order life cycle.
  • Submit project accruals monthly
  • Facilitate and manage data inputs and changes across multiple organizations.
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization and support multiple projects.
