This position will be responsible for supporting new programs and processes to enhance DaVita IKC’s Comprehensive Health Evaluation capabilities.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include: support the development of new capabilities to drive successful patient engagement, outreach, scheduling, and completion of comprehensive health evaluations for CKD and ESKD patients, design clinical and operational process flows to best care for our patients, determine appropriate front line and operational leadership roles and responsibilities, create new patient and field facing tools and resources, and provide project management oversight of initiatives. The senior analyst should demonstrate a proven ability to creatively problem solve and examine and translate data into meaningful business insights to support these programs. The senior analyst will also assist in the creation and management of datasets and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate data.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic initiatives to advance IKC’s Comprehensive Health Evaluation capabilities, including hypothesis development, research, insight generation, and business recommendations
  • Analyze program data to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support new program design, implementation, and evaluation for impact on quality and efficiency
  • Convey research and analytics findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis and making recommendations to drive decision-making
  • Support the development, piloting, and deployments of process improvements and innovative programs by driving work lanes independently
  • Support innovative pilots and new program initiatives through vendor evaluation, contracting support, and implementation
  • Collaborate with clinical, operations, clinical education, financial, legal, compliance, and risk teams to enable rollout of new programs
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of clinical and business stakeholders through written and verbal communication
  • Understands regulatory guidelines and operates within the guidelines to mitigate risk to the business and deals with confidential information using discretion and judgment
  • Apply a relentless attention to detail in all deliverables and effectively drives projects and tasks to completion
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Healthcare background or educational experiences preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Resourceful, resilient, and an innate desire to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
