Description
Key Responsibilities Handle end to end procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and IT services. Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards. Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of IT assets and services. Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to align procurement with business requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, purchase orders, and procurement dashboards. Track renewals of software licenses, AMC contracts, and subscriptions. Support budget planning and forecasting for IT procurement. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or supply chain. Strong knowledge of IT products, software licensing models, and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP tools (SAP/Oracle), and procurement systems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
