Job Description: Analyst, Indirect Legacy PSC Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world As an Analyst, Indirect Legacy PSC you will play a key role for purchase order management in the division of Americas Procurement Service Center located in GSC Costa Rica. In this role you will be able to perform Procurement and Sourcing activities when required related to Indirect and Direct purchasing categories for both internal and external customers. Being a team player and working towards creating best practices is a must and exceeds individual and department goals. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Meet KPIs, SLAs and internal metrics. · Responsible for managing purchases orders. · Provide high standard order management to support business stakeholders. · Troubleshot blocked invoices with purchases issues to ensure proper resolution. · On time and on quality delivery of Sourcing/Procurement Operations. · Interact with both internal and external customers. · Understand the Company’s Principles and Procedures. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or almost finishing university/college in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. · 1-3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Buying roles (ex: STP, P2P, STC or similar). · Intermediate/Advanced English level: B2/C1 · Excel intermediate-advanced level Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: · SAP/People Soft knowledge · Six Sigma / Value Stream Map framework knowledge, expertise. · Additional languages · SAP/People Soft · Continuous improvement oriented · Team player and Great Place to Work oriented. Work Location: This position follows an on-site working model, meaning the employee is required to perform their duties at the GSC Costa Rica, located at Centro Corporativo El Cafetal, Belén, Heredia. However, depending on the company´s needs and operational capabilities, a flexible on-site schedule may be permitted. At present, employees are expected to work from the office one day per week, to foster collaboration and maintain team connection. Nevertheless, the required on-site presence may be adjusted in the future and could increase to several days per week, depending on business needs and operational priorities. The company will communicate any such changes in advance to ensure a smooth transition. Travel: No travel is required, but there be occasional domestic or international travel if needed.
