Description

1. RFI / RFQ Management - Create RFX package, request RFXs from suppliers, and in-depth analysis of RFX's, preparation of Sourcing Work Books and recommendation to Global Commodity Managers on the preferred solutions. 2. Issue RFPs for complex services or products where factors beyond price (e.g., solution, quality, and service) are critical. Gather and define comprehensive requirements from internal stakeholders to build detailed RFP packages. Evaluate proposals from qualified vendors, comparing them against established criteria and business goals 3. Daily/Weekly communication with internal stakeholder & external Stakeholders 4. 5. Execute competitive quotes. Identify additional potential suppliers, conduct due diligence on suppliers, contact suppliers to communicate requirements, evaluate quotes received and share findings with the end user. 6. Evaluates supplier quotes and provides an award recommendation to the end user. 7. Reviews, screens and scrutinizes supplier responses and communicates questions to the appropriate stakeholders 8. Good exposure to data analytics, process automations, macros, etc. 9. Negotiation - Should have experience in negotiation with suppliers 10. 11. Understands and applies process knowledge for acquiring materials and/or services in order to ensure delivery requirements for commodities and/or service customers 12. Know how to utilizes and apply project management tools and techniques for procurement applications 13. 14. Hands on Experience on Supplier Spend Relationship Management Bachelors/Masters in Engineering , MBA Bachelors in Engineering with 5-6 Yrs or Master with 4-5. experience in SCM processes Strong Knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint Need to have working Knowledge of any ERP, Expertise in e-sourcing tools (E-RFQ/E-Auctions) specifically SAP Ariba platform Excellent communication & presentation skills to work with Global, regional & local management teams across the globe.
