Within this, the Security Administration tower is responsible for Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, compliance support, and automation initiatives that drive efficiency and accuracy. We are seeking a professional with 2–5 years of IAM operations experience and strong skills in scripting and Microsoft Power Platform automation to join our team. IAM Operations (Primary Focus) Handle end-to-end user lifecycle management including provisioning, de-provisioning, account moves, and recertification. Administer and maintain user accounts, access rights, and entitlements in SailPoint, Active Directory, RACF, ACF2, and Unix environments. Ensure compliance with IT controls and regulatory requirements (PCI, SOX). Provide support for request fulfillment using enterprise request management tools. Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues, ensuring timely fulfillment of requests. Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistent IAM standards and practices. Automation & Scripting (Secondary Focus) Develop scripts (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and small-scale workflows to streamline repetitive IAM tasks. Utilize Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) for efficiency in request handling and reporting. Contribute to process improvement initiatives by proposing automation opportunities. Document runbooks and workflows for automation solutions to support operational continuity. Mandatory Skills 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management operations, with strong hands-on exposure to SailPoint, Active Directory, RACF, ACF2, and Unix. Proficiency in user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, and lifecycle management. Good understanding of IT controls, compliance, and security standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, global, and shift-based environment. Preferred Skills Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for IAM-related tasks. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse). Familiarity with Dynamics 365, DevOps practices, or cloud environments (Azure, M365). Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Security+, MCSE, MCP are an advantage.
