We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst Infrastructure Operations to support the delivery of infrastructure operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving operational improvements, enhancing safety outcomes, and supporting contractor performance.
You’ll work closely with project and operational teams to ensure smooth execution across planning, compliance, and reporting, while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure adherence to standardised systems and processes.
  • Assist in managing contractor engagement and performance, helping ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.
  • Provide day-to-day support to infrastructure operations teams, helping resolve issues and assist in producing technical reports to identify bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Collaborate with project leads and planning teams to maintain accurate project schedules and milestones.
  • Assist in tracking budgets and financials, supporting both operating and capital expenditure planning. Analysing data for cost saving initiatives.
  • Help produce clear, actionable reports and reviews that inform decision-making and drive performance.
  • Assists in producing technical reports and project reviews complete with recommendations.
