Description
Assist the Project Manager in managing and ensuring successful implementation of IT projects for the department. This includes managing procurement, supplier relationships, and contract administration, covering user requirements documentation, development and monitoring of project plans, monitoring and managing project issues/risks, test script development, user acceptance testing, as well as migration and deployment. Liaise with the Centralised Procurement Department for procurement and contract-related activities. Responsibilities
The analyst will assist the Project Manager in implementing IT projects by managing procurement, supplier relationships, and contract administration. They will also serve as a key user representative to ensure system functionalities meet departmental needs through testing and validation.
