Well, that is the fun part - it depends. As an Intern in the DT&PMI team, you will have the opportunity to work across an array of client scenarios and develop expertise across technology, operations, strategy, finance and much more. That said, if you asked one of our current interns about the type of work they have engaged in, they would probably include responsibilities like:

  • Play a pivotal role on client engagement teams supporting key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for turnarounds and/or M&A transactions
  • Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative research and analysis of client, industry, and market performance, and synthesize results into practical strategies and action plans
  • Assist with the assessment and configuration of a client’s target operating model, and the identification of synergies and key value drivers
  • Prepare and deliver packaged client outcomes including reports, workshops and presentations
  • Work with collaborative teams to shape every aspect of businesses and help organizations across a wide range of industries to imagine, deliver, and run their future
  • Deliver value to clients by developing integrated strategies to win in their chosen markets and fundamentally transform their businesses through merger and acquisition, divestiture, and restructuring
