Description

The KPMG Global Services (KGS) MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of the exciting journey. Roles & Responsibilities: HCM Functional Consultant * Design, build and configure applications to meet the business process and application requirements. * Strong knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration * Experience with configuration and testing of Workday HCM modules * Knowledge on Reports and Calculation fields - Security Configuration * Responsible for client deliverables of low-medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements * Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it for implementation * Work directly with Onshore teams & integration consultants in defining the approach, migration of configuration data into Workday * Functional Consultant with relevant knowledge and experience of the respective business processes for design and configuration * Accountable for the development of test scenarios using Workday functional knowledge in Core HCM Must-Have Certifications * Workday HCM Core Experience & Background * BE/ B. Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA * Candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT. * Minimum of 1 year of current hands-on Workday HCM Area Required Skills/Experience: * Understands and ensure security and data privacy standards * Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level * Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM for global rollouts * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities * Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution * Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Preferred Skills/Experience: * Good to have – Data Conversion Experience, exposure to Customer Central, iLoads, EIBs, Migration of functional configuration using Workday tools like Migration Recipe and Advance Loader. * Good to have – reporting experience * Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes. * Understand and follow defined development standards and best practices * Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level. * Good have exposure as a contributor in all phases of Workday implementation

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure Workday HCM applications to meet business process requirements. Collaborate with onshore teams to manage configuration data migration and develop functional test scenarios.
