JOB SUMMARY:

The Inventory Analyst will track and report on commercial inventory availability including product categories and will manage the communication of inventory changes to various internal constituents in order to maximize revenue across the company.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/TRAINING:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience, industry experience preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel modeling)
  • College Degree and some media business experience preferred.
  • Excel proficiency. PPT/Word/Microsoft Outlook experience.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks/projects in a changing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven aptitude to foster effective relationships with others internally and externally.
  • Exhibits skills and knowledge to make decisive, sound decisions when problem-solving and determining course of action.
  • Potential for some overtime.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $$74,300 - $99,600 per year, and in Bristol, CT is $71,000 - $95,100 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a liaison to Programming, Sales and RYM constituents to communicate schedule changes and provide direction on inventory clearance to maximize revenue.
  • Manages reporting to support sales and RYM decision making.
  • Forecasts inventory demand and supply, identifying gaps or surplus opportunities & monitor inventory changes around log closing.
  • Develops and maintain inventory management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
