PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Working knowledge of equities, fixed income securities (domestic, international) and derivatives (swaps, options, futures)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Manager of Investment Systems Operations the role of Analyst, Investment Systems Operations will be focused on the administration and support of the investment operation systems. The role will allow an individual to demonstrate their ability and aptitude at problem solving, process analysis and improvement. The role will also focus on relationship management with internal stakeholders address current and identify future enhancements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Maintain data within systems to ensure optimal operation (Security Data scrubbing, validation, etc.)
  • Overall day to day operational responsibility for investment operations systems and processes with a specific focus on Charles River
  • Provide first line of support with timely and efficient resolution to investigate and resolve investment management system issues
  • Track vendor related issues as well as end user requests from discovery through resolution
  • Participate in the design and provide support for user and data workflows
  • Effectively articulate and implement viable solutions to existing problems and utilize analytical skills to anticipate potential operational hurdles
