We enable global trading by ensuring banking, brokerage, and regulatory infrastructure remains fully operational at all times. Our team collaborates with experts in law, taxation, compliance, and product development to open and maintain accounts, secure licenses, and ensure continuous market access. Through these efforts, we support new product launches, uphold regulatory compliance, and enable smooth trading for Franklin Templeton’s funds across global markets. How You Will Add Value? You will prepare and review documentation such as application forms, banking instructions, and written authorizations. You will coordinate document execution and approvals across multiple global sites. You will manage invoice submissions, payment requests, and status tracking to ensure timely processing. You will update, validate, and maintain data accuracy within internal systems and databases. You will organize meeting agendas, circulate materials, and lead internal and external calls. You will archive electronic documents, correspondence, and records in accordance with retention policies. You will support data automation initiatives and contribute to departmental projects. You will coordinate market closure processes and related compliance communications. You will oversee LEI registration, renewal, and closure activities in coordination with vendors. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? Experience & Education: Minimum 1 year of experience in document administration, legal operations, or shared services. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint. Basic understanding of investment management, mutual funds, and trading operations Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ownership and accountability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
