Job Description 3-5 Years of experience Administer and manage SaaS productivity tools (Adobe, Lucidchart, Smartsheet, SurveyMonkey, and others) to ensure reliability and optimal performance. Provide advanced troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for complex end-user application issues from Service Desk and Field Services. Oversee automation and integration management to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across the enterprise. Collaborate with the Software Asset Management (SAM) team to ensure licensing compliance, optimize costs, and monitor usage and adoption metrics. Create and maintain knowledge base articles and end-user documentation to improve self-service capabilities and reduce escalations. Validate product updates and new features prior to rollout, partnering with Endpoint Management and End User Experience teams on deployments and integration efforts. Engage with vendors for issue resolution, roadmap alignment, and contract and licensing optimization. Qualifications Additional Information Don’t meet every single requirement?
