Description
Position Summary: Leads Global business application projects (ERP, WMS. MES etc.) Analysis of current business application system and make enhancements based on business process Managing IT infra in Taylormade golf ball plant and assembly workshop. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Lead global IT project for Taylormade manufacturing facilities. Maintains stable daily IT system operation of business applications (POS, local Repair system etc.) by closely communicating with external vendors. Perform improvement continuously, problem solving, operation and maintenance to use the main business system without any inconvenience. Provides IT applications usage support to internal and external users. Works on IT project and helps each stakeholder to achieve company goals. Support IT system related on D2C(Ecom, Retail stores) business. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to accurately assess talent and effectively motivate and influence others to build skills, efficiently accomplish tasks, and develop leading edge processes. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle. Incident management (e.g., restore service immediately with workarounds, communicating and acting according to urgency and process). Application Maintenance background, ERP, WMS, MES System Knowledge. Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science). At least 5 years of IT experience and technical background. Native Korean & fluent English in both oral and written is preferred. Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage. Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
