Position Overview Join JLL's Asset Management team in Sydney as an Analyst/Junior Associate, where you'll support the strategic management and optimization our hotel asset management clients in the Australia. This role offers excellent exposure to institutional-grade assets and the opportunity to work with family officers and institutional investors. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties Develop and maintain financial models and cash flow projections Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on performance metrics Support budgeting and forecasting processes Assist in preparation of investor reporting packages Asset Performance Monitoring Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including occupancy, rental rates, and NOI Conduct market research and competitive analysis Prepare property performance dashboards and presentations Investment Analysis Support due diligence processes for acquisitions and dispositions Assist in valuation analysis and investment committee presentations Conduct comparable property analysis and market studies Support business plan development and implementation Client & Stakeholder Management Participate in client meetings and property inspections Coordinate with property management teams on operational matters Support investor relations activities Maintain business development activity plan; Assist with proposals Strong analytical and excel modelling skills exposure to STR and HotStats market tools Requirements Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field 1-3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or financial analysis (fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships considered) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Familiarity with real estate financial concepts (NOI, Cap Rates, IRR, NPV) Strong analytical and quantitative skills Excellent written and verbal communication in English Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel within Australia and New Zealand as required Knowledge of Australian key hotel markets preferred Location: On-site –Sydney, NSW If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
