Hospitality Real Estate Valuation Analyst Kroll is currently seeking an Analyst within the Hospitality Real Estate department. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities * Support the valuation of a wide range of assets within the Hospitality Real Estate market using recognized methodologies (income, market, and cost approaches). * Assist in developing financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), market comparables, and development feasibility models. * Gather data relevant to each engagement through client communication, property site visits, market research, and competitor analysis. * Contribute to the preparation of clear, well‑structured valuation reports, presentations, and supporting materials. * Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of project deliverables. Essential Traits & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science, or a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management. * Basic understanding of valuation models, appraisal approaches, and market research techniques. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. * Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. * Interest in Hospitality Management Business Plans (BP) and the ability to contribute to their development under the guidance of senior team members. * Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative when required. * High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and work effectively within a dynamic team environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity toward diverse communities. * Proven team player, able to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to the team. * Genuine interest and passion for the hospitality industry, its market dynamics, and operational characteristics.
