This is a 12-month opportunity for an experienced Analyst or Lawyer to join ASIC’s Wholesale Markets Team. In this role, you will lead surveillance and compliance work for wholesale market intermediaries and issuers, with a focus on private markets - particularly private credit and private equity funds. Your work will contribute to strengthening standards and trust in Australia’s financial system.
