The role involves managing a portfolio of stressed loans and impaired asset files up to $1.5m TCE, adhering to Credit Approval Limit authority and internal policies. Responsibilities include developing strategies for the portfolio with the goal of achieving the best outcome for the Bank, shareholders, and customers, including loan rehabilitation where possible.
