QUALIFICATIONS

• An excellent university degree and well-developed analytical skills
• Initial consulting experience (e.g. through internships) with a leading restructuring, strategy or management consultancy
• Applied knowledge of transformation projects with a focus on M&A, restructuring, and/or value creation programs
• An impact-focused mindset with a collaborative and engaging personality
• Native or business fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable

• Participation in international projects for the realignment of the (portfolio) strategy, the corporate organization or the company-wide increase in efficiency
• Identification, development, and evaluation of portfolio measures in buy-side and sell-side situations
• Contribute to planning and implementation of forward-looking M&A transformations with a focus on value enhancement
• Collaborating closely with senior team members and client management to drive transformation and transaction project
