A&M’s German Tax Team takes a truly holistic approach to the market, offering expertise across a diverse range of services-from Global Transaction Tax (GTT) to Private Equity Funds Tax Compliance, VAT Services, People Services, Corporate Tax and Tax Compliance Services, Operating Model and Transfer Pricing.
The Global Transaction Tax team focuses on all aspects of Merger & Acquisition tax, supporting both national and international transactions. We provide tax due diligence services to identify tax risks, which are essential for purchase price negotiations, transaction structuring, and drafting tax clauses in agreements like the SPA and aligning them with W&I insurance. Additionally, the GTT team advises on tax-efficient structuring and reorganizations, proper handling of transaction costs, and post-deal integration to address all tax-related aspects of M&A transactions comprehensively.
