Description Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, Management I to provide financial, operational, and analytical support within a federal program environment. This position supports general ledger reconciliation, payroll validation, accounts payable research, and financial data analysis to ensure compliance, audit readiness, and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and experience working with enterprise financial systems. This role requires full-time onsite support in San Diego, CA and an active Secret clearance at time of hire. Key Responsibilities Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts to support accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable financial regulations Perform financial data validation and correct discrepancies within ERP and related accounting systems Research and resolve aged accounts payable, unmatched disbursements, and complex contract reconciliation issues Review and correct invoice-related exceptions and accounting validation errors Research, reconcile, and validate financial transactions involving logistics and reimbursable work orders Prepare analytical reports and supporting documentation for de-obligation actions, funding adjustments, and financial corrections Reconcile cash accounts between enterprise financial systems and U.S. Treasury records Monitor and reconcile payroll timekeeping data within ERP and pay systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Analyze payroll discrepancies and support resolution of pay issues and accounts receivable balances Develop recurring and ad hoc financial reports to support leadership decision-making and audit readiness Requirements Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field Experience Requirements 3 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis Required Technical Skills Microsoft Excel Knowledge in using Navy ERP Knowledge in using Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) Required Qualifications Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire) Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA Company Highlights: At LHG, we offer our employees a full comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
