Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the generation and distribution of pre-populated reports, and manage daily task lists across multiple service lines.
Data Management: Regularly maintain and update Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Marketing Insights: Generate marketing campaign lists and maintain the database, driving the success of our marketing efforts.
Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, presenting your findings to the management team.
Confidentiality: Uphold customer confidence by maintaining information confidentiality and protecting our operations.
Special Projects: Play a key role in leading special projects, providing both support and leadership as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Data Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in data analysis with a strong track record of delivering results in prior managerial roles.
Time Management: Exceptional ability to independently lead workstreams and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI, including data modeling, building dashboards, and utilizing SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex data to colleagues.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail, understanding how small details can impact overall results.
Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of business operations, strategies, and processes.

Location and Work Environment:
Candidates must be willing to commute to our office located in Clark, Philippines. Over time, there may be an option for hybrid work from home.
