HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The Analyst Manager is accountable for design and delivering high analytical knowledge and solutions for Primary Care and Antiviral BU in Poland that influence business strategy and commercial tactic decisions, from commercial development through in-line products to loss of exclusivity, by planning, executing and providing meaningful insights on patients and physicians.
The incumbent will be: proactive and thoughtful in identifying analytic priorities for the market and develop analytic solutions. This role will be work with BU Brand Team, BU Lead and Sales Manager to drive strategic and operational decision making and to appropriately prepare for product launches as well as support the in-line product portfolio in these markets.
This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our business.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Primary Care & Antiviral Business Unit Lead, this role will be responsible for setting and delivering the short and medium-term analytic priorities based on specific BU need and synergy develop and design analytical solution and standardized national dashboard needed to monitor, prepare and adjusting brand strategies to current situation.
  • Conducting BU and key brands Dashboards on National and Regional levels
  • Delivering and design analysis connected with Ex-Pfizer data vs sales in different channels including stock analysis and Distribution Channels Report with Extended Distribution Channels Report
  • Be accountable for continuous improvement and utilization of new capabilities to maximize the competitive advantages of the business.
  • This role will be also responsible for analytical and market research support in OP, business review process.
  • Develop and maintain broad market knowledge from different resources to support BU during OP process, focus on various tools that will be facilitate analysis and forecasting.
  • Support for delivering analytical data to Business Review process according to BU needs.
  • Support for marketing research process on administrative and planning level with development base of external stakeholders to deliver the most effective data necessary to develop deep market understanding and create proper strategy, focus on harmonization and standardization of BU processes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the most effective and advanced analytic methods and capabilities (e.g., customer journey mapping, primary market research, secondary analytics, in-line performance tracking machine learning, etc.), leveraging BAI Centers of Excellence, the Analytics Tools & Platforms organization and other teams, to ensure that the most effective and efficient techniques are leveraged to execute the analytic plans.
  • Work with the business to define key performance measures and benchmarks and develop methods for tracking to ensure continuous improvement.
