Description

Position Summary: The Analyst, Market Intelligence & Fraud Strategy supports the development and execution of TCH’s fraud strategy by continuously scanning the external landscape and synthesizing insights that inform decision-making. This role is responsible for tracking market dynamics, industry fraud trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to ensure our products remain innovative, effective, and responsive to evolving risks.
The Analyst will produce timely reports, dashboards, and presentations that support product ideation, executive briefings, regulatory readiness, and strategic planning.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, research, fraud operations, or risk management
  • Demonstrated ability to aggregate and synthesize large volumes of information
  • Experience with external research, competitive analysis, and regulatory monitoring
  • Strong writing, presentation, and visual communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

  • Familiarity with payments, fraud typologies, or financial crime frameworks
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Tableau or SQL for data extraction
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with ambiguity
  • Understanding of emerging payment rails (e.g., RTP, FedNow)
    Physical demands and work environment: Work is generally sedentary in nature. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
    Employees in this position will report to the office three days per week. Occasional travel may be required. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
    The anticipated annual salary range for NY-based candidates for this position is $75,000 to $100,000. Base salary and position level will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance.
