ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Analytics Analyst will partner with marketing stakeholders to activate data across the full customer lifecycle, delivering actionable insights that drive campaign performance, customer retention, and business optimization.   Essential Job Functions: * Analyze full-funnel marketing performance (awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization) using tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and BI platforms to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations. Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for marketing KPIs, audience segmentation, campaign ROI, attribution, reorder behavior, and lifecycle metrics; partner with teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. * Support data activation for campaigns and segments: perform ad-hoc analyses, measure effectiveness, and provide clear recommendations to improve leads, conversions, and customer engagement. * Collaborate with marketing leads and cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs, investigate anomalies, highlight proactive insights, and drive actionable change. * Contribute to process improvements by recommending enhancements to analytics workflows, data quality standards, and marketing measurement practices Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. * 4-7+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing analysis, or business intelligence, with hands-on work in full-funnel analysis and campaign optimization. * Proficiency in Google Ads, SQL for querying, Excel (advanced), and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). * Strong understanding of marketing metrics, attribution models, segmentation, customer lifecycle, and ROI analysis. * Experience with email/SMS campaigns, e-commerce/subscription models, or CRM data is a plus. * High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-paced environment with a growth- oriented mindset. * Creativity – Able to creatively access and analyze data to solve complex marketing problems and uncover new insights. * Critical Mind – Identify issues, turn them into opportunities, and collaborate across teams to achieve business outcomes. * Communication – Explain complex data concepts and insights in simple, actionable terms to diverse internal audiences
