The Insurance Team is responsible for driving revenue growth through fee-based insurance products, while delivering compelling benefits and optional insurance solutions that enhance trust and peace of mind and strengthen the overall Card value proposition. This role supports product development, marketing execution, and governance excellence across the Insurance portfolio. It plays a critical part in enabling sustainable business growth with strong risk management. Key Responsibilities: Insurance Product Development & Marketing Execution Contribute to the development and enhancement of insurance products, partnering with internal stakeholders and insurance partners to define product design, customer value, and launch plans Plan and execute acquisition and retention initiatives, driving end-to-end marketing implementation Governance & Risk Management Lead and execute product governance and approval processes, and third-party management activities (including TLM, TSM, and related assessments), ensuring all product launches and insurance-related activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal control requirements Partner with PRSA and Internal Audit teams to support reviews and continuously enhance risk and control frameworks Identify opportunities to strengthen governance processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance risk management practices Minimum Qualifications Strong logical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect business objectives and risk considerations Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal and external partners Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrix environment High level of integrity with a strong compliance and risk awareness mindset Native-level Japanese and business-level English (written and verbal) Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the insurance and/or credit card industry Experience in product development, marketing execution, or regulatory/product approval processes Experience supporting audits, governance frameworks, or compliance-related initiatives Strong communication and presentation skills We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
