The position is mainly responsible for managing Membership Rewards (MR) transfer partners, enhancement of earn point strategy, and development new capabilities. As a key benefit of the card product, make the excellent point program by negotiating the domestic/global partners and implementing new capabilities. There are five B30s including this position and B25 staff in MR team. He/she reports to MR team manager. Responsibilities - Manage transfer partners (e.g. Global airlines, Hotel partners) and build the essential partnership. - Enhance earn point strategy, especially in bonus X3 point program and new partners. - Develop and implement new capabilities working closely with CoE (Center of Excellence) team and cross LOBs(line of businesses). - Find growth opportunities in existing marketing activities with solid analysis/targeting and follow the PDCA cycle - Deliver attractive loyalty program to card members through excellent customer journey utilizing on/off-line communication channels - Lead prioritized initiative with a sense of cost-consciousness in line with company strategy Qualifications - Good knowledge of Japan card products and customers - Strong leadership on developing winning strategy - Results oriented and good project management - ability to drive projects/partners towards deadlines - Wide perspective and enthusiasm to expand on-going business - Experience in a matrix environment, comfortable managing and influencing multiple stakeholders - Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency, positive attitude. - Detail-oriented, a creative thinker, a team player, organized and efficient - High analytical skills and logical thought process for winning strategies - Good communication skills for both Japanese and English languages We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
