Overview This Analyst role at the Hard Rock Support Service on the Financial Planning and Analysis team will primarily focus on providing administrative support for and analysis of Casino Marketing programs. Responsibilities Receive, review, and approve customer assignment workflow through Salesforce application. Perform analysis and implement periodic reoccurring customer assignment updates. Analyze results of assignment activity and compensation programs to provide insight and recommendations for continuing enhancement. Process, calculate and analyze compensation for Casino Marketing incentive programs. Create and maintain dashboards, recurring reporting, and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support Casino Marketing and related Finance department initiatives. Qualifications Experience: Bachelor's degree in the areas of Finance, Business, Hospitality or related field a plus. Exposure to Casino/Hotel industry and Casino Host function preferred. Experience with corporate structure that oversees multiple operating operations locations a plus. Computer and related software (Microsoft Office) necessary. Salesforce and/or Tableau experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and functions (VBA familiarity preferred). Must possess the ability to define problems, collect and interpret data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Successful candidates will possess good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will be able to be self-directed and be driven to learn and improve their skills.
