POSITION OVERVIEW

The Analyst, Membership and Programs reports to the Vice President, Global Operations, and plays a key role in ISCT’s global strategy, providing data-driven insights, program optimization, and operational excellence across the Society’s membership and programs. This role is ideal for a technically proficient, detail-oriented analyst who thrives at the intersection of programs, platforms, and performance measurement.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy analyst with a strong command of digital tools, CRM/database systems, and performance reporting. The successful candidate will own analytics and reporting functions, drive continuous improvement, and support global initiatives through cross-functional collaboration—enhancing both the member experience and program impact.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a program analyst, data analyst, or membership operations role.
  • Strong experience using CRM and data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio), with demonstrated ability to develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate data and insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-time-zone context.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the life sciences or healthcare
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
    This position will be located at ISCT Head Office in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia. Candidates must be able to legally work full-time in Canada (Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, work permit, etc.). Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Lead the management and reporting of membership and program data metrics, analytics and performance measures
  • Design and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs across membership, program participation, and committee deliverables to support the Annual Operating Plan process (working with Head Office Liaisons)
  • Monitor and evaluate program ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency
  • Provide administrative and analytic support across all ISCT programs as directed

_ Technology Platform Optimization_

  • Leverage CRM, CMS, and program management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Higher Logic, YourMembership, project management software) to streamline workflows and data capture.
  • Collaborate with IT and other service providers to enhance platform functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Support content and data updates across digital platforms as needed.

_ Membership Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement_

  • Analyze membership trends, segments, and user behavior to inform recruitment and retention campaigns tailored to ISCT’s diverse member base (individuals, labs, industry).
  • Provide high-level member services support, ensuring consistent and professional responses to inquiries.
