Job Description The role is primarily responsible for providing support to trading desks, liaising with third parties on confirming transactions and settlements on time, performing reconciliations, and streamlining processes. Perform fund operations including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, daily reconciliations, P&L reconciliation. Liaises with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrator on break resolutions Streamline and document workflow through automation and process review Degree holder in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines At least 1-3 years’ experience working in financial services Good knowledge of Listed products Excellent communication skills Good attention to details Positive and proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills Strong programming preferred Some of our Benefits 20 Days of Paid annual leave Life / Medical group insurance Gym Subsidy

Responsibilities

Provide support to trading desks by managing trade bookings, matching, and daily reconciliations. Liaise with brokers and fund administrators to resolve breaks and streamline workflows through automation.
