Who are we looking for? We are looking for a data‑savvy Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making. If you combine strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate data clearly and effectively – you might be the right fit. What will you do? Develop and own the reporting and data strategy for Retail Offer Management. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to support key business decisions. Provide ad‑hoc analyses and deep‑dives, turning data from multiple sources into actionable insights. Identify business opportunities and recommend data‑driven actions. Embed data, insights, and reporting tools into decision‑making processes across retail. Train and support users in Data Lake, Power BI, and self‑service analytics tools. Cooperate with Digital Factory to implement and adopt advanced analytics solutions. Address data quality issues and coordinate improvements with internal teams. Work closely with Group Offer Management to ensure alignment on projects and daily operations. What do we expect? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, BI, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar). 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, ideally in a multinational environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Basic knowledge of SQL, DAX, or similar analytical/programming languages. Excellent communication and data‑visualization skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong business acumen and proven stakeholder‑management skills. Proactive, curious mindset and a positive, can‑do attitude. Fluency in English (required) What do we offer? Christmas bonus 3 additional days off during the year („sick days").
