Description

NEWSEC ENERGY TRANSITION– THE EXPERT M&A ADVISOR FOR THE ENERGY TRANSITION IN NORTHERN EUROPE

Newsec Energy Transition is a leading M&A advisory boutique focusing on renewable energy and energy transition primarily in the Nordics and Baltics. We hold an unparalleled track record of 75+ closed renewable energy deals at a value of approximately EUR 12+ billion. Since 2007, we have had a substantial impact on the financing and business models driving renewable build-out in these geographies.
Newsec Energy Transition has for example been involved in enabling the realization of some 30% of the onshore wind power build-out in the Nordics. During the past two years, we have advised on key landmark deals for growth of solar and battery systems and we are getting increasingly involved in the still young but promising offshore wind sector. While being based in Stockholm and primarily targeting deals in northern Europe, we work in a highly international atmosphere, interacting daily with clients based across all continents.
