JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding Analyst with experience in change management, process coordination, and technical onboarding support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and highly organized, with hands-on experience using ServiceNow and Jira to support onboarding, integration changes, and operational processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7 years of experience in onboarding, service operations, or change management roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or structured change management processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new teams, systems, or partners across departments.
  • Execute and manage change requests in ServiceNow, following ITIL/standard change management processes.
  • Track onboarding and integration tasks using Jira or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding execution.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Identify and resolve onboarding issues, escalating when necessary.
